Tallinn School of Economics and Business Administration (TSEBA) at Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) has been providing business education for more than 65 years. Tallinn School of Economics and Business Administration was established in 1940 when the Faculty of Economics was transferred from the University of Tartu to Tallinn University of Technology (at that time Tallinn Polytechnical Institute). The Faculty of Economics was the largest faculty at the university with nearly 600 students studying in the spring semester of 1941.
Today TSEBA with its approximately 2000 students is the second largest faculty of TUT. The teaching staff of 103 includes besides our own teachers also several visiting professors from Estonia and abroad.
TSEBA offers programmes on all three academic levels − bachelor, master’s and doctoral. In addition to Estonian language programmes, bachelor and master’s programmes in international business administration are also taught in English. All TSEBA programmes are fully accredited.
TSEBA is teaching not only students − Centre for Executive Education is providing extensive refresher courses to practicing economists. In addition to teaching, the academic staff of TSEBA are actively engaged in research.
TSEBA is a member of several outstanding organisations (EFMD, CEEMAN etc), has many partners abroad and is actively expanding its activity in international networks.
